Boyd PR2530P is the latest 2U edge server product launched by Boyd. It uses Intel C621 high-performance chipset and supports the second generation Intel® Xeon® Scalable series processors. This model supports a maximum memory capacity of 1TB. Supports four hot-swappable 2.5-inch hard drives and can flexibly expand half-height and full-length PCI-E devices. The highly integrated design brings powerful performance in a limited space, which is enough to support the operation of critical tasks. PR2530P provides advanced management functions and storage technology, with reliable scalability and high availability.

It supports up to two 22-core second-generation Intel® Xeon® Scalable series processors, which can provide powerful computing capabilities and help users cope with heavy computing pressure.

Supports up to 4 hot-swappable 2.5” SATA/SAS/SSD hard drives. (SAS hard drives require an optional SAS expansion kit)

Adopting an industrial server structure design, it is suitable for edge computing applications in simple environments in terms of high temperature resistance, dust resistance, and earthquake resistance.

Supporting Intel® Communication Acceleration Technology (Intel® QAT) provides secure high performance and accelerated compression, enabling network, cloud services and storage functions to provide reliable protection for virtual and cloud environments.

It can optionally support 1+1 fully redundant power supply mode, support PMBUS power consumption monitoring, module loss alarm and other functions, providing higher security for the operation safety of the server.

Low power consumption

Supports frequency reduction function to reduce system energy consumption at low load.

Comprehensive adjustment of fan speed based on the temperature of key thermal components saves energy while reducing noise and improving fan reliability.

Supports PDCM v2.0 (Power Efficiency Manager) to provide automated server power consumption control, helping to complete more tasks with fewer resources.
