Powerleader Government Cloud Platform Expansion Solution

Background of the project

According to the “XX City E-Government Cloud Construction Work Plan”, XX City has built e-government cloud platforms at the city and district levels, realizing the joint construction and sharing of infrastructure of various departments of the municipal government, overall deployment of information systems, aggregation and sharing of data resources, and effective coordination of business applications. It has carried out the development and utilization of government big data, provided strong support for government management and public services, improved the level of service to the people, and enhanced the government’s modern governance capabilities.

The XX Municipal Government has integrated a large number of existing information systems of various departments and directly affiliated institutions, breaking through “information islands” and interconnecting and sharing them on the cloud. The e-government cloud at the municipal and district levels provides support for the business systems of various commissions, offices and bureaus, allowing various applications to be deployed on the cloud.

The XX Municipal Government Cloud is built on the principle of “centralization + distribution”. It provides services to various departments in a unified manner through the government procurement service and relying on the government extranet. Each district government independently builds a district-level cloud, which is logically integrated with the municipal cloud. In order to achieve the goals of construction and localization reform, it is urgent to expand the capacity of the municipal and district government cloud platforms.

An Introduction

This time, it is necessary to expand the capacity of 287 computing nodes, network nodes, management nodes, backup nodes, etc.

Solution Analysis

The city-level cloud architecture of this plan consists of a facility resource layer, an intermediate platform layer, and a business application layer. Under the protection of the government cloud management system and security system, it provides unified information support within the government through various user terminals and provides efficient external services to the public.

The main purpose of this plan is to strengthen the construction of e-government cloud, formulate e-government cloud management methods, further promote vertical empowerment between municipal and district e-government clouds, build e-government cloud PaaS service capabilities, accelerate the integration of municipal e-government cloud and industry cloud, enhance the comprehensive operation capabilities of e-government cloud, promote the upgrade and transformation of municipal and district e-government extranets, accelerate the upgrade and transformation of district e-government extranets, achieve district-level 40G-100G bandwidth, smooth the “gigabit connection, 10G expansion” optical transmission network channels between municipal and district levels, build and deploy municipal and district e-government extranet operation and security monitoring support systems, and achieve unified management and coordinated linkage of municipal and district e-government extranets.
